DESCRIPTION:Join us for a joyful and peaceful Hatha (Gentle) yoga session for families of all ages and levels in the beautiful Shephard’s Room at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Nazareth. It’s Yoga Adventures! We’ve created this simple\, awesome opportunity for mindfulness\, bonding\, learning body awareness\, improving physical fitness\, and teamwork. Kids & Family Yoga has an effective variety of basic poses\, breathwork\, guided meditation/visualizations\, and activities\, especially for children. \nSpace is limited so RSVP ASAP via EventBrite! \nFamilies get to practice and learn together\, then drift into relaxation and inner peace. You’ll leave this supportive class connected to your family members and with a renewed sense of well being. Plus! We invite our little yogis to bring their favorite stuffed animal to join in. \nThis is a 45-minute session. Kindly accepting at the event cash Freewill Offering– suggested amount of $10/adult\, $5/child. \nRSVP Today:\nThis community outreach event is open to the public.
