DESCRIPTION:The myrrh-streaming Iveron Icon of the Theotokos is being brought to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church\, 1236 Juniper Street\, Pottstown\, on Wednesday afternoon\, May 27. The icon will arrive at 12 noon at the church and will depart at 5 pm. An Akathist service to the Mother of God will begin at 3 pm followed by anointing with holy myrrh from the icon. \n“It is a wonderful opportunity to come and spend some time in Her holy presence and to pour our hearts before Her (The Theotokos)\,” said Archpriest John Edward\, rector of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church. “What a great blessing for us and for our parish!”
