Get your tickets for an English Tea Party and tour of Hope Episcopal Church on Saturday, May 30th from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM. Join us for fellowship over assorted teas, tea sandwiches and pastries in the Parish House. Tickets are $20 which will be collected at the door on the day of the event. Reservations required. Immediately following the Tea, an historic church tour will be conducted. Hope, the “little church with a big heart,” was built by the Grubb iron manufacturing family, consecrated in 1849, and just celebrated its 175th anniversary! Over the last few years, Hope was featured in two movies, “I Heard the Bells” and “A Great Awakening”, produced by Sight and Sound. A guided tour will provide additional information on Hope’s storied past, present projects, and exciting future!
