Join Yiga Adventures for a relaxed Hatha (Gentle) Yoga class in the beautiful Shephard’s Room at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Nazareth. In this 1-hour session expect easy and comfortable poses for all yoga experience levels, breathwork, and meditation/visualizations.
